First CX of the Season!

CopperCross kicked my butt! I just wasn't prepared and so its a good thing I tested the waters before my bigger race this coming weekend. My legs felt sluggish by the 2nd lap and I dropped my chain over half-a-dozen times or more, which further set me back. Out of 8-10 "elite" starters I pretty easily took 3rd, but the real sting to my pride was being caught by the winner of the masters division, Tom, a past and soon to be rival who I really respect.
